Around 15 years ago I went to Egypt with friends, we visited Karnak Temple at night for a walk through the complex and a son et lumiere show. Imagine me, seeing Orion's Belt through the stone columns and thinking of history!!!

Ok‽ What, the Menai bridges, that car park on the main road down the hill between the two, the ex-Little Chef cafe on the road north to Amlwch, Trearddur (spelink) Bay, RAF Valley (viewed from Rhosneigr golf club), the gold mine at the awesomely-coloured quarry up north, ice creams on Benllech beach, the Ship Inn at Red Wharf Bay, the longest place name knob joke place, Rex Whistler's big thing dropping in on the Marquess, and within spitting distance of all the other very best North Wales things… Just 'ok'?
