@sumudu It's post number, you, your 10C id, the date amd time of your post (Zulu time, yes) amd the applocation you used to post. I do have other indicators such as whether I've starred it, pinned it, etc. The blue stuff is things I can do (reply, repost (broken), star & pin.) :)
